WHAT’S THE LENA ROSE BOX?

The Lena Rose Box is an exciting new subscription for pregnancy and postpartum moms filled with essential products handpicked by moms. Each month, you’ll receive a box delivered right to your doorstep all perfectly tailored to your due date. Also, special items for baby too.


WE HAVE OPTIONS FOR YOU

We have 2 options for you. You can choose a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month and can be canceled at any time BEFORE your scheduled re-bill date.

OR

You can choose a one-time purchase of our pregnancy, postpartum care gift boxes and/or dad box.


SHIPPING & BILLING

• For the pregnancy & postpartum gift boxes, your box will be shipped 6 to 7 business days after you have placed your order.

• For the monthly subscription, we ship between the 4th and 8th of each month.

  1. Orders placed by the 18th of the current month, will ship between the 4th & 8th of next month

  2. Orders placed AFTER the 18th of the current month will ship between the 4th & 8th of the following month.

  3. Monthly re-bill is charged the day you started your subscription (for example: Erin purchased her subscription on March 14th, Erin will be re-billed on April 14th)

  4. Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BOX?

You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way with USPS Priority Mail tracking number.

For United States residents, you'll receive your box an estimated 3 to 4 business days.

Sorry, at this time, we do not ship internationally.


CANCELLATIONS

For monthly subscriptions, please be sure to cancel BEFORE your scheduled renewal of the month and before we begin our monthly billing cycle and start prepping your next box for shipment.

Cancellations made AFTER your scheduled renewal of the month cannot be refunded

We want to make sure your Lena Rose Box is perfect, so we gladly replace any broken or defective items! Please take a photo of the damaged or defective item and send it to our customer support team at support@thelenarosebox.com

If you received a shirt that does not fit properly we will happily exchange it with you for a new shirt as long as we have the new size available in stock.

Request for exchange must be made directly to The Lena Rose Box at support@thelenarosebox.com within 30 days of receiving the box.
